I hereby affirm that all information supplied is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief, and I understand that this information will be considered material in the evaluation of quotations, bids, and proposals. Notice must be given of any change in status impacting the information provided within ten (10) days of said change.
Contract CancellationContract Cancellation Vendor will be able to cancel a reservation within 24 hours after it is made without any penalties and/or charges. If Vendor cancels after 24 hours, Vendor will lose its 50% of payment made. If Vendor has already paid for add-on options, B.T.O. C will reimburse Vendor for these expenses.

B.T.O.C and/or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused, directly or indirectly, by any events, actions or omissions beyond the control of B.T.O.C including, without limitation, loss or damage resulting, directly or indirectly, from any delays or inaccuracies in the transmission of orders and/or information due to breakdown or failure of transmission or communication facilities, or electrical power outage.
